Campfire Oreo Cookie Skillet

A campfire skillet dessert with cookie dough, Oreos, and marshmallows.

Ingredients

• 1 package chocolate chip cookie dough
• 10 Oreos, broken
• 1 cup mini marshmallows
• Ice cream, optional

Instructions

1. Set a grate over a campfire.
2. Combine the cookie dough, Oreos, and marshmallows in a cast-iron skillet.
3. Cover with foil and cook about 9 minutes until the edges are deeply golden.
4. Let it cool slightly and serve, with ice cream if you like.
