Description

Ingredients

  • Smoke brisket flat or Tri-tip
  • Cut into ¾” pieces and place in cast iron skillet
  • ½ cup bbq sauce
  • ½ cup Dr Pepper
  • ½ Tbls Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ Tbls honey

Instructions

  1. Pour mixture over meat.
  2. Cube 1 ½ Tbls cold butter and sprinkle over.
  3. Sprinkle 1 ½ Tbls brown sugar.
  4. Smoke at 275° for 2 hours.
  5. Flip half way through.
