Ingredients
- Smoke brisket flat or Tri-tip
- Cut into ¾” pieces and place in cast iron skillet
- ½ cup bbq sauce
- ½ cup Dr Pepper
- ½ Tbls Worcestershire sauce
- ½ Tbls honey
Instructions
- Pour mixture over meat.
- Cube 1 ½ Tbls cold butter and sprinkle over.
- Sprinkle 1 ½ Tbls brown sugar.
- Smoke at 275° for 2 hours.
- Flip half way through.
