Bryar’s Ribs

Ingredients

  • Ribs
  • Yellow mustard
  • Dry rub of choice
  • 1/8 cup apple juice
  • Brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Rub the ribs with yellow mustard and season with your preferred dry rub.
  2. Smoke for 3 hours.
  3. Wrap the ribs in foil with the apple juice and a sprinkle of brown sugar.
  4. Increase the smoker to 250 degrees F and cook the wrapped ribs 2 more hours.
  5. Unwrap and return to the smoker for 1 final hour.
  6. Rest 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
