Ingredients
- Ribs
- Yellow mustard
- Dry rub of choice
- 1/8 cup apple juice
- Brown sugar
Instructions
- Rub the ribs with yellow mustard and season with your preferred dry rub.
- Smoke for 3 hours.
- Wrap the ribs in foil with the apple juice and a sprinkle of brown sugar.
- Increase the smoker to 250 degrees F and cook the wrapped ribs 2 more hours.
- Unwrap and return to the smoker for 1 final hour.
- Rest 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
